HIA-LI Wellness Challenge Expectations


Alright! You decided to get started.
Here is what to expect.

Our experts have identified simple and powerful wellness habits. These habits are specific action steps that fit into one of three categories:

  • Physical Health
  • Nutritional Health
  • Emotional Health
Each week select your new action step

Your challenge over the next nine weeks is to incorporate nine wellness action steps into your life with the goal of making each one a habit. It is up to you to select the actions that make the most sense for you. For each action step, you generate points and are closer to climbing Mt. Wellness.

Final Goal

At the end of the week confirm and record your new action step, along with the actions you have continued from prior weeks. If you don't record your activities that same weekend your points will not be administered.


Here is how it works:

The actions you choose are progressive.

As an example, let us suppose that one week you select:
--- EAT BLUEBERRIES FOR BREAKFAST ONE DAY A WEEK

Be sure to keep eating blueberries for breakfast once a week for the entire nine weeks.

Next, for the following week you select:
--- PERFORM ABDOMINAL BREATHING 3X PER WEEK

By that week you are eating blueberries and doing abdominal breathing 3x per week.

Continue this throughout the nine week challenge, continuously adding action steps each week.

Each week you will record your progressive actions. At the end of the challenge you will have nine specific wellness habits!
