How to Enter Your Wellness Activities?
1) At the beginning of each week (Md. or Tue.) you will select an activity committment for that week into the system.
2) At the end of the week (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) you will confirm that you have accomplished your chosen activity for that week.
Continue this activity
3) Then during the following weeks, you will continue this activity as your new wellness habit.
4) Additionally, each week you will add another new activity choice.
